Puschtra
Up to 5 people | 69 m² | With balcony
The “Puschtra” apartment offers a wonderful view, traditional furnishings, and is ideal for families or couples.

“Huiba” enchants with a bright atmosphere, warm colors, and an incredible view of the mountain panorama and romantic sunsets.

Prices
Prices are per day and apartment with a minimum stay of 4 nights. In high season, a minimum stay of 7 nights applies. Preferred check-in and check-out days are Saturdays. For stays under 4 nights, a one-time additional charge is applied. In high season, Saturday is the preferred check-in day.
The local tax is €2.50 per person/day (from age 14 onwards).
Payment
Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer in advance, or cash. ATMs are located in Reischach, St. Lorenzen, and at the Kronplatz valley station in Reischach (Raiffeisenkasse, 5 minutes by car from the farm).

Your booking is confirmed with a deposit of €200 per week.

Cancellation policy
There is no right of withdrawal according to the consumer protection code, but we offer the following cancellation terms:
- Up to 3 months before arrival, only the deposit is retained.
- From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking price.
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
- Any cancellation fees will be offset against the already paid deposit.
The legal provisions Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005 apply.

Internet & TV
Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartments; each apartment also has a TV.
Check in & check out
Your apartment is available on the day of arrival from 3:00 PM. Please inform us in advance of your approximate arrival time. If you plan to arrive earlier than 3:00 PM, please let us know, and we will try to accommodate your request.
The check-out should be done by 09:00 AM.
Sport services
The farm has a ski depot and ski boot dryer, and there is a parking space for mountain bikes. E-bikes and sledges are available for rent.
Bus connection & parking
The nearest bus stop is 100 meters away, with buses running hourly. You can park directly at the farm; parking is free.
Bread service
Order your favorite rolls the evening before, and we will deliver them directly to your apartment the next morning so you can start your day fresh and energized.
Pets
Please understand that pets are not allowed in our apartments.

If needed, we provide the following baby equipment free of charge: crib, high chair, children’s cutlery and stroller.
